		<description>Hosting a bittorrent tracker does not amount to piracy. The tracker does just that; &lt;em&gt;tracking&lt;/em&gt;. It doesn't host any files, it doesn't facilitate the transfer, it just tracks.

And this doesn't even touch on the issue that bittorrent is a good protocol to transfer big files using P2P protocol. Whether the files are "pirated" or otherwise isn't a fault of the protocol nor the trackers.</description>
